Refund Policy – ARF Design
This Refund Policy applies to all digital design services purchased through mehmedarifdesign.com. Each project begins only after the client provides a detailed brief, approves the scope in writing, and signs the project agreement. Therefore, refund conditions are defined as follows:
1. No Refunds for Digital Design Services
Once the design process has started, no refunds are issued under any circumstances. The client submits a detailed brief, the scope is confirmed in writing, and the agreement is signed. Payment activates the project, and refunds are not possible thereafter.
2. No Refunds for On‑Site Measurement Services
If on‑site measurement has been completed, no refund is available. If the project is cancelled before measurement and before the design process begins, only the consultation fee is charged; the project fee is not collected.
3. 50% Upfront Payment Is Non‑Refundable
The 50% upfront payment collected after agreement approval is non‑refundable. This fee covers project planning and preparation.
4. Cancellation Before Project Start
If the client cancels before the project begins:
Only the consultation fee is charged.
The project fee is not collected. This is communicated in writing.
5. Cancellation by ARF Design
ARF Design does not cancel projects unless extraordinary circumstances occur. If cancellation is required:
All payments except the consultation fee will be refunded.
6. No Refunds for Revision Fees
Additional revision fees (€120) are non‑refundable. Transaction fees and PayPal charges are the responsibility of the client.
7. Dissatisfaction Is Not a Refund Reason
Clients purchase services based on their brief and the portfolio. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction; however, one free revision is included within the package. The project cannot be completely changed (e.g., wardrobe → table).
8. PayPal Refunds
In eligible cases (consultation stage only):
Refunds are processed within 5 business days via PayPal.
PayPal transaction fees are paid by the client.
