For a restaurant, I measured the premises on site with a laser and drew scaled floor plans of the ground floor and basement — with room areas, ceiling heights, emergency exits and escape routes. The toilet facilities have their own detail sheet at 1:50.

The plans serve as documents for the restaurant licence application. Schematic representation, not an expert report; client data anonymised.

A hallway wardrobe with bench, hook wall and built-in cabinet, planned around the existing room: cables are integrated and the fuse box stays accessible. After measuring, I produced the technical drawing as the basis for production and a 3D visualisation in which every detail was agreed in advance.

An independent partner workshop built it — exactly as planned in the 3D model.

A wrap-around upholstered bench that follows the shape of the room. After the on-site measurement I built a precise 3D model with perspective, top and front views — the basis for production at the partner workshop.

A TV wall for a living room in Berlin-Spandau: a floor-to-ceiling slatted wall, in front of it a stone-look back panel for a 65-inch TV and a 2 m floating sideboard with four drawers. Indirect LED light behind the panel and under the sideboard gives warm light in the evening; the cables disappear behind the panel.

After measuring, I produced the 3D model and two technical sheets with front view, section, plan, detail sections and a 12-item parts list. An independent partner workshop built and installed it — just as planned in the 3D model. Photos: Mehmed Arif; client data anonymised.
