Who has a right of withdrawal?
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers (§ 13 BGB) who conclude a contract by email, via this website, by phone or via a booking service. Companies have no statutory right of withdrawal; the cancellation rules below and their framework agreement apply to them.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Mehmed Arif · Design & Beratung, owner Mehmed Arif, Gounodstr. 98 B, 13088 Berlin, email info@mehmedarifdesign.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I receive your notice of withdrawal. I will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed me of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.
Early expiry
The right of withdrawal expires when I have fully provided the service and only began after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed.

Cancellation outside the right of withdrawal
After the withdrawal period, after full performance or for orders from companies: if an order is cancelled after measurement, the measurement is payable. If drawing or design work has already started, the hours worked are charged additionally at €30. Any amounts paid beyond that (e.g. the package deposit) are refunded within 14 days via the same means of payment.
Cancellation by me
If I cannot carry out an order for an important reason, I refund all payments for services not yet provided in full.
Changes and defects
Changes are included within the revision rounds of the package or furniture planning; further rounds are charged at €30 per hour (see terms of service). Your statutory warranty rights for defects remain unaffected.
Consultation appointments
You can reschedule or cancel booked appointments via the link in your booking confirmation. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Refunds via PayPal
If you paid via PayPal, the refund is made via PayPal; for payment by invoice, by bank transfer to the account you name.
