Packages: contract approval and 50% deposit. Furniture planning: order by email, invoiced after measurement and delivery.

Drafts, 3D visuals and technical drawings are created.

Revision rounds as per package (furniture and IKEA planning: 1 round included); each further round €30 per hour.

Delivery
Final files — PDF plans, renders, drawings — are delivered digitally.

Billing
The invoice is issued with the billing details you provide when ordering.

Production, when a project needs it, is carried out independently by trusted manufacturing, woodwork and stone/countertop partners — design, planning and guidance stay with me throughout.

2 Custom furniture drawings

Fixed prices by furniture class: S · M · L · XL and kitchens.

Measurement, technical drawings and 3D visualisation follow one fixed formula. I am not a manufacturer: I deliver drawings and visuals, and the piece is built by your carpenter or a manufacturer of your choice.

Total = measurement + project fee + Σ (quantity × class or kitchen price)Every item is based on the hourly rate of €30.

Freestanding piece with drawers, hanging rails or compartments.

Typical size: approx. 100 × 60 × 200 cm (2-door wardrobe) · chest approx. 100 × 45 × 90 cm

L

Fitted to the room

Fitted to walls, ceiling, niches or sloped ceilings.

Typical size: approx. 200 × 50 × 250 cm (built-in wardrobe up to the ceiling)

XL

Across the room

Across several walls, planned as one connected system.

Typical size: over 300 cm or 2–3 walls (walk-in wardrobe, wall system)

If in doubt, fitting decides: a piece fitted wall to wall or up to the ceiling is class L; if it spans several walls (e.g. a walk-in wardrobe), it is class XL. Sizes are typical examples; the class is set before the drawing starts and confirmed by you by email. Kitchens are not priced by class but at their own kitchen price.

One measurement appointment and one project fee cover the whole order. The wardrobes have drawers and hanging rails, so class M; the simple cabinets have shelves only, so class S.

The same wardrobe, but fitted wall to wall: walls, ceiling and junctions have to be measured and drawn more precisely. That makes it class L with 11 instead of 7 hours.

Kitchens take more work, so they are priced not by class but at the kitchen price: from €500 for a straight kitchen, €50 more per kitchen type (L-shaped €550). You are responsible for the accuracy of your measurements; a measurement appointment can be added at any time.

The minimum price of €300 applies to project packages. Furniture planning is always calculated with the formula above.

For floor plans, redesign and interiors, product development, UX/UI and web, mobile apps, brand design and social media. Each package is a fixed number of hours at €30 per hour.

I come to your home by appointment and measure (zone 1 €150, zone 2 €200), or you send me the dimensions.

I prepare the plan in 2D and 3D in IKEA's planning tool; we agree the final version together.

You receive your shopping list with product names, article numbers and quantities.

Buying & assembly

You buy the products from IKEA yourself. Assembly is done by IKEA, a company of your choice or, for an extra fee, my partner assembly team.

Need assembly too?If you like, I can refer you to my partner assembly team, who will put everything together. Assembly costs extra; the price is set by quote.

Measurement is added to all IKEA prices (your own dimensions: €0). On-site work and travel time are included in the card price. Products, delivery and assembly are not included; the partner assembly team costs extra.
